Extensive keyword research identified high-value search terms such as “Luxury Pool Builders Scottsdale” and “Custom Pools Paradise Valley,” which were strategically integrated into page titles, headers, URLs, meta descriptions, image alt text, and supporting blog content to improve search visibility and local rankings.
From a design and functionality standpoint, the website features a clean, modern layout with intuitive navigation across key pages including Portfolio, Process, Services, About, and Contact. The homepage was built to guide users through the construction journey with a clear call-to-action for booking a free design consultation, a four-step process overview, featured project galleries, client testimonials, and a dedicated partnerships page for realtors and developers.
To further strengthen the brand’s digital presence, Merla Media produced a professional on-site photography shoot at SwimTech’s latest completed project in Chandler.
